Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or a little tearful without really knowing why?
Perhaps getting out of bed feels harder than usual, or you notice you’re sleeping more than what’s “normal” for you. These feelings can be confusing and exhausting — but you don’t have to make sense of them alone. Therapy is a gentle first step toward understanding what’s going on and finding emotional balance again.
Following an initial assessment, sessions will run for 50 minutes and cost £55 per session. The initial assessment will give us the chance to talk about your individual difficulties and where you would like to be in your life, and give us the opportunity to consider whether we would be comfortable working together to enable you to reach your goal. If you call and I am unavailable, please leave a message and I will call you back within 24 hours. I will help you to heal you from your pain, and enable you to move forward to where you want to be in your life.
