I offer person-centred counselling, which means we work at your pace, on the things that matter most to you. Your feelings, your experiences, and your wellbeing are at the heart of our work together.

You don’t need to have the “right” words, or even know where to begin. Many people start therapy feeling unsure, and that’s completely okay. I’m here to gently support you, help you find your starting point, and walk alongside you as you begin to understand yourself more deeply.

Hello, I’m Cheryl — a warm, compassionate, and fully qualified Psychotherapist & Counsellor offering face-to-face counselling in Leicestershire and online counselling across the UK.

Reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially if you’re unsure what to expect or feel nervous about meeting someone new. I understand how overwhelming that can be.
